The 310-MPH Jesko Absolut Top Speed Challenge

Are you a speed lover? Now go get your helmet ready! Undeniably, the have always been an intense competition between Koenigsegg and Bugatti, and Christian von Koenigsegg has ensured to elevate and supersede its top speed level with the Jesko Absolut. It boast of a staggering target of 310 miles per hour may redefine the limits of automotive engineering.

The Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut’s Dominance

In 2017, the Koenigsegg Agera RS manufactured a vehicle with a staggering average speed of 277.9 miles per hour on public roads. Fast forward to today, Jesko Absolut has surpassed this very speed limit that has always been talked about. Designed with a twin turbocharged 5.0-liter V8 engine that produces a roar of 1625 horsepower on the E85, powerhouse is a great mover.  Absolut’s smooth aerodynamic and softer suspension makes it a straight-line speed demon that is capable of cutting and withstanding road challenges.

In an interview with Carup, Christian von Koenigsegg, known not to avoid bold claims, stated, “What we’re saying is that our theoretical model suggests this car can handle speeds of over 500 kilometers per hour (310 miles per hour). Now we want to demonstrate the car’s capabilities in real life.” This car is not just built based on breaking record but expectations.

The Battle for Top Speed

The car’s speed limit is a battlefield of numbers and courage for those who enjoy speeding. In 2019, Bugatti’s Camry was the talk of the day, making speed of 304 miles per hour, but Koenigsegg called B.s. and mentioned that it was a one-way sprint for a non-production spec vehicle. Without a doubt, Koenigsegg’s commitment to authenticity is second to none, ensuring that their records will try to use the Jesko series fully approved for street use.

Koenigsegg searches for a perfect road to stop traffic and make history. However, it must be a long and smooth road for Jesko Absolut to fully unleash its potential.

The benefits of a successful 310 mph run is huge. Bugatti, under the leadership of Matt Rimak, will surely look forward to regaining their spot. But the big question that arises is: Will Bugatti re-enter the race for top speed, or will they succumb to the power of Koenigsegg?

So, as the demand for high tech cars increases, it reminds us of the incredible automotive advancements of today. From the days when the McLaren F1 reached its peak speed of 230 miles per hour, to this present day where over 300 miles per hour has become the new benchmark, this dynamic change is one to be embraced.

Koenigsegg’s objective is to exceed this record and not about displaying its power. While Jesko Absolut’s ability of breaking the record of 310 miles per hour still remains to be seen, it is certain that the world is observing. Get ready to explore the world of opportunities for this amazing journey.
